Chapter 1 Ready for Review

Ok I am Cotton Fields proxy on this and I am posting the first chapter in the project loosely called the Whales Vagina Monologues. I was thinking since this will be a working copy of the document meaning that you can actually make changes to it. JP and I discussed a color coded system if you make changes to the actual document make your changes in a specific color like red or orange or something to set it apart from the rest then when Cotton goes to compile the data he can flow it in from the different authors successfully. Also will cut down considerably on confusion.
I am working on a cover design as we speak. I thought since we are having a group edit of the body of work we could get a group edit of the cover of the book.
I will post that on this post if I get it done today. If not then later when i do get it done, but soon none the less.

Notes from Cotton fields, changed Teagan's name to Meagan and also that this is the first draft so nothing I mean nothing is set in stone any and all positive feed back and negative feed back, or any line changes or better word choice in any area in not only accepted but anticipated by the author, you guys are the editors do a honest job, and I will post a chapter a week while making the chances you guys come up with in two weeks. thanks everyone.

Chapter 1 - Whales Vagina

from the balcony (a visit with our president)

I stopped by a chatted with our president Dean Johnson for about an hour on my way back to Ohio. we started of the chat driving into my book project as Dean was wodnering where i was and where i was headed. i told him that i had a couple of speaking engagements and evey went well and that it is growing but very slowly.I told him that i have an author interested in helping me that has been on the Today show and hopefully that leads somewhere. Send it to Oparah He tells me, i reply i don't think oparah is too interested in helping a guy from cleveland land a book deal. He then says look JP don't hang on to this thing like a squirel packing nuts away for winter, Give it a way, tell everyone about it, share it, send it to Oparah. so on a promise to dean I would try and send it to oparah. I have already setn one email and will send one a week until i get a response(i couldn't find the mailing address for the show on the internet so i reorted to eamil.)

Next we chated about Cotton Fields and thy flying eagles book project. He asked me if he was a charactered and i told him that yes he was father of Eddie. He asked me what his name was and i told him Gean so we could call him geano. Dean replied with this, "Gean is good, i like it but i've always had a connection with Neil, i'm not asking you to change it but if you decide that gean doesn't work i think Neil would be great. I then told him one of the stories that is going to be in the book. the one where Gean Eddie and Russ are hanging out at a jazz show and gean goes into a rant to Eddie about you know how your father is he likes to drink, or you know how your father is he likes to play 2 shots last letter in horse. Than Gean takes off for th bathroom leaving just Eddie and Russ and russ turns to Eddie going wow Gean really must knwo your father well, with eddie replying gean is my father. Dean turned red and laughed for about 5 minutes. Needless to say he's on board with the book

The last thing we discussed was teh flying eagles he voted my brother in meaing he only needs to more votes i'm still waiting on Kyle Braden and Marcus to way in. He also said he would like to meet Burt but wait for a ruling on him later. I then purposed to him that for an outing next year we should go camping and get a flag football team together for the iowa games. He quickly got on board well becuase he said we could hang the flag up at the games and get t-shirts made. Then he said,"I will have to coach becuase i don't think the old back would hold up if i played but in a pinch maybe but i wouldn't count on it" I said "i think you would make a great coach,"
"All we need is a qb who can whip that ball around because if you can do that you have a chance in a flag footbal game also we can send Braden deep because he is tall and can jump," Our game plan is to whip the ball around and throw it deep i like our chances. but here's to hoping we have to use Dean in a pinch. That's a visit with Dean, a little confusing, a soul lifter, always funny, and you leave in a better mode than you came.
Also fantasy basketball good idea Braden needs some feed back to we can set it up and i will do my picks via telephone or internet some how. i've already got my team name picked out and every thing(it's a surprise)
