a get together is a must
things have heated up for the flying eagles, with a number of great suggestions. We do need to get an offical list together with everyone's address, email, phone number. as well as get all the offical documents into one place. I propose a february meeting on Sunday the 18th. Since we have many things still to vote on in February such as Rott's nomination for Flying Eagles Song, SCottie's membership badge and the mission statment which is in the final works here at the Cedar Falls Chapter, this would give us time to clear up loose ends and think for more loops holes we have to cover and allow us to include any new members elected in February.
I Believe the february, Sunday the 18th, meeting should take place in Indianola at a Mr. Letzring house, or at Casa day Cedar Falls(wherever more poeple could attend) where a pot luck dinner and the first flag football pratice will take place following the meeting. I would say Saturday the 17th but i work a 16 hour shift on Saturday

will be
consolidation of the offical documents, compiling the phone numbers addresss, and email for all members. discussion of what needs to be included on the website(seeing the vote is headed that way) adding the new amenments to code of conduct and valor. Deciding what should go in the welcome to the club package and how to send out(snail mail). Hopefully we can print off this off on offical flying eagles document. any oterh matters that need to be dicussed can be commented here or brought up at said meeting., East coast chapter will be present hopefully via phone. and a heads up of possible club dues to pay for siad website.
I'm sure i'm missing matters, but i'm sure that will be brought up by you guys. There is still one day left to vote and i will post the results on Monday the 22nd

Hey everyone -- Mr. Letzring asked to host the potluck, I say its a go. I have a few demands that I think he'll be able to meet prior to everyone's arrival, up to and including getting our football field sized backyard ready for practice. Come one and come all,

As a side note to said gathering, I propose an allotment of time to discuss the up and coming of the Whale's Vagina book. This would be used to generate some positive criticism and offer suggestions on strengthening the first three chapters and future chapters...with the permission and blessing of Cotton Fields (hopefully he could drop by after the FESC precedings) i would like to act as senior editor in order to clean up the grammar and act as "literative hard ass" in hopes to give life to a great book that will be one "whale of a tale".

Ok i think that is either a dare or a joke. I think Jp Braden or Kyle should go to the website listed by our new friend and sign up not only the FESC flag football team but also the Entire El Orchard League Rosters from the various leagues for a super league.
I was at the site and its pretty nuts. Its like a dating service only instead of getting guys or girls you get games together to play. Absolutely nuts.

to answer your question Rott, you will know about your pledge members fate on Monday and then it's just a completion of code of Conduct and Valor atricle X, they must attend a county fair, casino, bolwing, or hold a texas hold tourament wehere they provide all chips and dip with member already in and foot at least 51% OF THE BILL to finalizing their memebership. also they must complete a two page essay on a natvie american or propose another idea and seeing how the may be on a new comittee we are heading up, the essay may get waved. until all that is done they may attend meetings but won't be given full status ie allowed to vote or bring materials, or invite new members to be voted on in front of the review Board. i hope that helps

JP that doesnt mean you cant put the Eagles or Bunnies up on there and see what crops up. that would just mean by default we are the best wiffle ball team in iowa and that could be a good selling point on the eagles resume.
