1) I would not be opposed to the life of Ello. Everyone during that time frame was MJ's bitch, he just got posterized for it for the playoffs. Besides, at least he made it to the big time.

2) $100 would prolly seal the deal

3) "C" then i would lobby to work on problems in our own country

4) I wouldn't put blame on OSU. It should be noted that OSU didn't help the situation, but the kid messed his own life up.

5) If I saw Kyle again it would prolly be on the news

6) That is likely a very accurate observation. About as comparable as Dulph Lundgren being considered an actor.

7) He is able to relate to them easier. Men who had a lot to offer, but seemed to always be in the shadows. It could be a complex too!

8) my personal fav. was one of the games in el orchard and then throwing down some mad grilling skills

9) Ive never met him, but based on stories, i will go with...Spriteful...or Scrumtralecent

10) its all about presentation. it wasnt the ball pit, it was how the pit was portrayed...it is also a flashback to childhood memories of the ball pit at mcdonalds, only there was a height limit and rules

Bonus (MoneyBall): Iowa is true to its roots. we dont have any pro teams, so we place our hopes and dreams in college sports. we hype them up in the off and preseasons to allow us a sense of pride in our state and ourselves until the wheel starts to fall off the wagon...ya know, like when IA State goes into the March Tourney as a #2 seed and loses to #15 Hampton.

1). I would have to say yes, although the man was abused by jordan for all those years he was still trying his hardest. The more crushing factor would be if he thought that he could beat him. Much like John Starks or Mark Jackson when they were on the Knicks getting facialized.

2). I am not sure i would want more than 100 but i would prally do it for free assuming i was just going down to a g-string or speedo. That's easy money if i had to do it completely nude then i would say there less of a chance me doing it would happen. But i could be bought.

3). There is no good solution to the crisis in the middle east i can only hope they don't get totally pissed when we finally leave as to bomb the US or something very extreme.

4). No. He is an Idiot. They knew that when they brought him to the program. Every program that recruits knows what could potentially happen to a player when they go to school there most just hope they break down when they get to the pros so they don't have any affiliation with it anymore.

5). Two things could happen he could become more organized or he could become less organized. More organized Kyle would get a phone that worked check email / blogspots more than once every three months and be in touch. Less organized Kyle would be a recluse and would never return calls get a night job and spend all time playing video games and eating.

6). No. He was a terrific all around ball player at one time his situation reminds me very much of Keith Van Horn.
But maybe a better analogy would be Owen Hart's last words being "And always be sure to drink your milk." then doing a stunt and falling to his death in the ring.

7). It's a niche complex the same reason he loves Major League, Slap Shot, Fletch, and Fletch 2. He is a man that finds pleasures in the simple things and hopefully although he may not admit it he want to see Snakes on a Plane.

8). The double kegger. The band's first time playing the basement. Wiffle ball games. Late night band practice. After bowling parties.

9). Maverick or maybe Eccentric

10). The ball pit still makes people laugh chuckle and be in amazement when i tell them i knew two guys that had one in their dorm room. The idea was ingenius it was amazing. The fact that it was a ball pit didn't hurt, but the idea was what roped the ladies in. They were in love with such a great idea it was also a sign or character in the purveyors of such a thing like owning a shop or weird things. It showed these were the footloose and fancy free guys that good let all your troubles fall away teach you to be free.

BONUS ). See S. Don't Answer. Mine is a Second.

I apologize for tardiness of this post and in many situations I would patronize you with a litney of excuses in a desperate attempt to justify my action, but nay, I say. I must get quickly to the point for I am under intense scrutiny from both invading forces from the north and mauraders from the east. Both seek the riches I have stashed in my underpants.

I lue of responding to all of the questions on the blog forcing the readers to go back and forth between comment post and blog to match up answers to questions cause I am still trying to figure out how Zach knew that Christian Laetner likes Fletch and Fletch 2. So for the sake of those of us whose short term memory is like that of a noodle strainer from years of experimental drugs, head injuries, and comments from stupid womenm that suck the life force from your body. For those who can't stand to read long blogs, that ramble aimlesssly like nomadic homo-austriapaliaei, the man-chip that split from the great ape lineage tree and found his way to the land we now know as australia some 35 million years ago, in search of greener pasturers and shaved kooter {just think for a minute about what a chip-woman with a shaved kooter would like...

Where was I? Oh yeah anyone with a short attention span I promise to be brief with my response. I choose to answer only question 1.

Every athlete wants to be immortilzed in tv commercials, posters and for being kicked in the head by the greatest basketball player ever. But the Story of Criag Ehlo is much sadder and more depressing than this. The heart of the issue lies in the philosophical kenundrum- "Is it better to live forever in shame or die in ambiguity?" Since there is no correct answer to this paradoxical mystery of the universe. I will open it up to the forum for response, but let me state my case first lest we forget why we are here. I would not take Ehlo's career for this reason.
Most people never get into the situation where they meet the end of their capabilties. We get to live our lives under the completed unfounded belief that we are capable of amazing things, that in the right situation we can be unstoppable, invinceable, out smart anyone. We live under these cozy dillusions that protect our fragile egos from some crushing realty, because we have never been been to the edge of our capacities. Well, my friends, Craig Ehlo has been to the edge and he has faultered, he has failed where he dreamt he could succeed, drown where he KNEW he could swim, caught ganeria from a girl he KNEW was clean. He gave everything he had and it was not enough. Please don't forget prior to the shot by Jordan, Ehlo had played amazing defense on Jordan most of the game and especially that possession. Craig Ehlo is a man without hope. His best, his all, failed him in the grandest of stages, so much so that it became the quintisential michael jordan clip of his ability to superceed, and rise above all other ball players. Just like the eagle soars higher than every other bird.

Criag Ehlo is a man that will have to live out the rest of his life without any comfortable dillusions, or fantisies or day dreams. He is a man stuck in the realty of his own limitations. That is not something I would ever want to have to live with. For it is our hope that drives, our ignorance that inspires and our love for the endless possibilties, that we expect to present themselves to us, ripe for the picking, that keep us going through the monotony of the present, the here and now. Looking to futre while reflecting on the past is a result of the of the human condition. Craig Ehlo has been stripped of his humanity, not just his manhood. his aspirations are for naught and his shadow runs from itself. he is a man so tortured that he stood face to face with his desinty, the tipping point in his life, and failed in every sense possible. No, I would never willingly accept the life of a condemned shell of a man.
